TriCore Reference Laboratories has an excellent opportunity available for an effective Process Improvement Manager.  This position is responsible for implementing and sustaining Lean and other process improvement tools, developing a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.  Leads process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.  Partners with process owners and Champions to drive results.  Trains and coaches owners, Champions, and project teams. Monitors performance and improvements in key metrics and maintains project files. Acts as a change agent to instill Lean Six Sigma culture throughout the organization.
           
The qualified candidate will have a relevant Bachelor Degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in direct application of formal process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma: completed at least two (2) projects with demonstrated success and financial results.  Preferences: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.  Experience in laboratory process improvement.  QA Certification and/or experience.  Supervisory/management experience.
